they leave, Champion is there (quite literally) to
make sure all goes well. After all, on-site is where help
becomes crucial, not just convenient. Getting it all together,
solving last-minute problems, and making everything work
- that's where the Champion Advantage comes to life for our
customers.
The Service Desk is staffed by an experienced team
throughout the show. It is here that exhibitors receive in-person
support; from freight handling and tracking, to equipment
ordering and all problem resolution. Our staff is available
for as long as you need. Our service hours are
not determined by a published schedule, but by your needs.
In addition to the online systems, and the on-site service
desk, Champion provides experienced Floor Managers who
continually patrol their assigned area, visiting with exhibitors,
looking for problems, and providing solutions.
